Our house was not the typical sell. Unbeknownst to us when we put it on the market, we would have termite, radon and mold issues before the sale was final. We could not have made it through the process without Julie. Not only hosting the open houses, meeting potential buyers at odd hours, and staying on top of the other realtors who showed our house, she also had to be an expert on termites, mold and radon. She was great at coordinating all the inspections that had to take place, and being there to explain everything to us in the end. Julie was wonderful to work with, and during a slow market, she was instrumental in getting our house sold quickly. I would highly recommend Julie Norfleet to anyone, buying or selling a home. We had the opportunity to work with the entire Hubbuch Team, and it was a great experience.

Well, I can't believe it's been almost 2 months since we closed on my new home!
I have to tell you, as a first-time home owner, I remember my friends and family telling me how BIG of a deal it was to find the right realtor to work with. Someone who is professional, knowledgeable, willing to go to bat for you, and a dream to work with. They made it sound like it was so hard to find a great realtor!! Well, you were all of those great things and so much more. I always felt like you gave me your best 24/7. Whenever I had a question or concern, you were available for me with a smile on your face--even if was early Sunday morning! You also had answers for me--or took the time to find out the answers and get back to me. Not only did you facilitate me through finding the kind of home I wanted for my family, but you also helped me find the exact location which was most suitable for us. I really felt like you took the time to get to know what it was that I wanted, not what you wanted to sell that day. And something that I really appreciated was how at ease you made me feel about the whole process--from the first day we started looking to the very last day we closed. I think we all know how stressful and confusing buying a house can be. I know I was warned by so many friends and family members that realtors are only out to sell, sell sell and are willing to take advantage of first time home buyers like myself by trying to extend their budget beyond what they can truely afford. So as you can imagine, I was very nervous about not only buying my first home,but in a city that I didn't even live in yet. This means not only was the process all new to me, but so was the area that I was looking in. What I really needed was a friend in this process and that is what I found with Julie. She was recommended to me by through a fmutual riend who had known Julie for years. I cannot explain how lucky I was that she was recommended to me. Not only was house hunting enjoyable, but Julie always looked out for my bottom line. She never pressured me to buy something out of my range or my taste for that matter. She always reminded me that this was a long process that should not be rushed. The perfect house is out there, even for someone picky like myself. Furthermore, she even helped me find financing during these troublesome times.  I think the best way to sum up my experience with working with Julie is this. If you are looking for a realtor to simply sell you a house you have found the wrong person.
